Let our billing specialist determine an estimate of your out of pocket costs before you begin care. That way you can make an informed decision. We work within your family's financial budget, and make every effort to make chiropractic care affordable for everyone.

As a courtesy to you, we can perform an insurance verification of benefits, and determine deductible, co-pay and co-insurance amounts. Legally, providers must attempt to collect patient responsibilities for their portions of the services rendered.

New Patient Evaluation/Management (E/M)

A new patient is a patient who has not received any professional services from the physician in the last three years or in the case where a physician / qualified medical professional is on call for another physician / qualified medical professional represents another physician / qualified healthcare professional, the patient encounter is classified as it would have been conducted by the unavailable qualified physician / healthcare professional.

Counselling and/or coordination of care with other physicians. Usually, the presenting problem(s) are self limited or minor. Typically, 10 minutes are spent face-to-face with the patient and/or family.
